Maybe a stupid question, but get it where? and how do I install it? I’m using Ubuntu 7.10, and it’s probably not in the repositories… I tried to find some kind of homepage for the OSS radeon project but all I find is an outdated x.org page and your blog, and I’m sorry to say it, but it’s not so helpful =)
I tested it on my laptop compaq nx9010, and it doesn’t work. Before I was using default ubuntu 7.10 driver and it worked OK. With new driver I get some kind of garbled screen, in which I can see moving ubuntu mouse circle.

Maybe a stupid question, but get it where? and how do I install it? I’m using Ubuntu 7.10, and it’s probably not in the repositories… I tried to find some kind of homepage for the OSS radeon project but all I find is an outdated x.org page and your blog, and I’m sorry to say it, but it’s not so helpful =)

I tested it on my laptop compaq nx9010, and it doesn’t work. Before I was using default ubuntu 7.10 driver and it worked OK. With new driver I get some kind of garbled screen, in which I can see moving ubuntu mouse circle.
